- Villager breeding is still going to be disabled
- Each town will be limited to 10 villagers. Make sure everyone in your town knows this, staff will be checking periodically. If you go over 10, or try to bypass this rule, you risk getting all your villagers cleared. Please be mindful for others
- Restocking time has been adjusted to try to minimize lag
- A few other things regarding villagers have been optimized as well.
The enchantment books will stay in the mall and /shop for the foreseeable future because villagers are still limited in towns
Equipment Drops Disabled
We decided to remove the recently added trash can feature due to performance issues. That being said, we disabled equipment being dropped from killing mobs to clear up some items off the ground and unclog your storage systems.
Hoppers
Hoppers are also a bit un-optimized on servers. We do not want to have to nerf hoppers, as that may cause some trouble with existing farms and sorters. That being said, I am asking everyone, please change your item collection systems to 1+ vexal hoppers and any mass storage you have (chests and hoppers) use a Vexal Hopper to point into some storage units. By doing the above, we all can greatly increase the server performance. If everyone can do their own part in this, we can keep hoppers how they are in Vanilla.
