Earth:
- Removed mushroom stew from being sold due to an infinite money maker
- Added a new channel to discord called: #towny-notifications which will send a message whenever a town/nation is created, deleted, and/or falls into ruins
- Removed the prefix "[[g]]" from the start of every discord message
- Nation spawn can now be set in any town in the nation instead of only the capital
