RPG:
- Added the custom world map photo to the ground of the VexalDungeons world
- Fixed a bug where players who died in instanced dungeons would lose their inventory

- Fixed a bug where players couldn't make player chest shops
- Fixed a bug where player death messages wouldn't show in chat
- Made it so player death messages now show in #earth-game-chat too
